HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR BEAUTY APPOINTMENT

Avoid Caffeine/Stimulants the day of your appointment.

02.
Arrive with clean lashes (free of mascara and makeup).

03.
If you wear contact, remove them prior to the application.

04.
Do not use Oil-Based Products On and Around the Eyes Prior.

05.
Dress Comfortably and arrive a little early.

Policies

BOOKING FEE
A non-refundable 50% booking fee your appointment; the remainder is due on your appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS
A late arrival of 15-minute or more will result in a cancellation and loss of booking fee.

CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charge additional fees.

INFILL POLICY
An infill requires at least 40% of eyelashes remaining. Less than 40% of eyelash extensions remaining is a FULL-SET.
